Register for Family Faith Formation

  As a reminder, all returning Faith Formation (CDD, Religious Education) families must re-register each year. This year's program will invite our PreK-3 through 8th Grade families to attend together one family session a month. One parent must be in attendance at each session. There is a 350-person limit for each Family Faith time slot. Please include the number of adults in the appropriate field on your registration form.
  
  First Sacraments
  First Reconciliation/Communion families can sign up for either of the Family Faith session schedules. Preparation is a two-year process and begins in first grade. If you know any first-grade families not already in the program, please invite them and pass this page on to them.
  
  Pre-K and K Families
  Our sessions are open to any families with PreK 3, PreK 4, and Kindergarten children. If you have younger children you are also welcome to keep them in the parent sessions and we can provide you a craft for them to work on. We will tangibly introduce those in Pre-K - K to the basics of the faith in a fun and engaging way. Our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program will also meet weekly during the 9:00 am Mass. For all families interested, you can sign up here.
  
  Volunteer for Family Faith Formation
  We are always in need of more small group leaders and aides. If you would be interested in helping or would like more information about the positions please, complete this form.
