At St. Vincent Martyr, the Parish Pastoral Council—known The VINE —serves as a consultative body that supports the pastor in shaping and advancing the mission and vision of our parish. Inspired by Jesus’ words, “I am the vine, you are the branches,”our council embodies connection, growth, and spiritual leadership. The VINE is made up of dedicated parishioners who reflect the many diverse ministries and voices within our community. Members serve as the pastor’s advisory board and help ensure our parish remains rooted in faith while continuing to flourish and serve.

The team:

• Discerns and develops ideas that support the spiritual and pastoral direction of the parish

• Offers input on parish practices, policies, and priorities when called upon

• Models faith for others, especially through support of Faith Formation, Youth Ministry, and our parish school

• Promotes devotions such as the Rosary, Adoration, and seasonal prayer opportunities like Bible studies

• Fosters a welcoming, connected, and social community for parishioners of all ages

• Partners with Catholic Charities and reaches out to the working poor and vulnerable in our area

• Assists in maintaining and enhancing our church facilities and grounds to meet the needs of a growing parish
