About The Retreat
All women of the parish and beyond are invited to step away from the busyness of daily life and join us for a reflective day of faith, friendship, and renewal at our Women’s Retreat on Saturday, November 7. This retreat offers the gift of time to pause, reflect, and encounter Christ in a deeper way, inspired by the example of St. Francis of Assisi and his call to live with peace, simplicity, and trust in God.
Who will run the weekend?
The retreat is led by a team of women from our previous Cornerstone retreats. Each brings her unique gifts—leading small group discussions, praying with Scripture, planning prayer services and other meaningful exercises in creating a welcoming environment. Their shared mission: to support you in growing personally in knowledge and love of God.
What will it be like?
The team has prepared a beautiful experience to care for you spiritually, emotionally, and physically. The retreat begins Saturday with prayer, Scripture, small group discussions, Reconciliation, and concludes with liturgy, dinner and a joyful celebration with families. Cornerstone will take place at our SVM Parish Center.
